Online Courses Terms of Service Agreement

Paid online courses are non-refundable. The User is solely responsible for launching or downloading the online course. SafeLink Consulting, Inc. is not responsible for technical support of computer or equipment issues that may arise in online course access. Online course descriptions indicate the specific continuing education (CE) credits available per course. CE credit is provided for only one online course user per paid account. Attendees requesting CE credit must submit credit information to SafeLink Consulting, Inc. within 5 business days of completing the course.

The User understands that the material and information provided by SafeLink is not legal advice, and any questions regarding particular government regulations should be addressed to the appropriate governmental authority and not to SafeLink.

The User further acknowledges that while SafeLink believes the information contained herein is accurate, SafeLink makes no representation or warranty, either expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information provided or the conformity of a particular product with governmental regulations. SafeLink expressly disclaims all warranties, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No oral or written information or advice given by SafeLink or SafeLink's authorized representative shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of any warranty.

SafeLink shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from or related to the services provided by SafeLink — including, without limitation, damages arising from loss of data, loss of revenue or profits, failure to realize savings or other benefits, damage to equipment, and claims against the client by any third person, even if SafeLink has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Due to the constantly changing nature of government regulations, the information provided by SafeLink may cease to be accurate, and SafeLink is under no obligation to update the information. The User agrees to consult its own advisor or attorney for services beyond the scope of this Agreement. SafeLink and its affiliates disclaim any liability or responsibility for loss or damages resulting from the use of any of the information provided, or for the violation of any federal, state, local, or other regulations with which the information may conflict.
