Mary Bartlett has spent more than three decades at the forefront of dental industry compliance and safety. Since 1991, she has been a trusted presenter and on-site instructor for dental and general industry professionals across the United States, Canada, and Asia — delivering expertise on employee health and safety, patient safety, privacy, and quality assurance. She has authored content for numerous national publications, and her clients consistently benefit from her hands-on experience navigating OSHA, FDA, and State Board inspections.

Gary Morgan, CDT, CQA/ASQ

Senior Vice President & Partner

Gary Morgan has over 30 years of hands-on experience in dental, medical device manufacturing, and general industry compliance. As Partner, he helps dental practices and laboratory owners build safer workplaces and stronger quality management systems. A frequent presenter at LMT Lab Day, NADL, and national events, Gary has served on state and national advisory boards including NADL's representative to the ADA Standards Committee, earning the NADL Merit Award and the DLAT Hall of Fame Award.

Matt Rahman

President & Managing Partner

Matt Rahman is a strategic executive and trusted advisor with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations navigate the intersection of technology, risk, and regulatory compliance. As managing partner, Matt works closely with dental and medical practices to integrate compliance and risk management into daily operations. His expertise spans HIPAA compliance, AI, cybersecurity risk management, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
