Today, we’re officially launching SafeLink360, a compliance management platform that gives organizations a structured way to manage regulatory requirements from assessment through resolution - with access to SafeLink’s regulatory and compliance expertise when needed.

Why We Built It

After more than 30 years of helping organizations navigate inspections, assessments, corrective actions, and changing regulatory requirements, we saw an opportunity to make compliance easier to manage day-to-day.

We also recognize a practical challenge facing many organizations: the ROI hurdle and budget constraints associated with maintaining an effective compliance program. Organizations need to balance regulatory obligations with limited resources, competing priorities, and the realities of operating a business.

SafeLink360 was designed with that reality in mind - bringing technology and practical expertise together in a flexible model that can meet clients where they are, including their operational needs and budget constraints.

Compliance Is a Continuous Cycle

Compliance isn't a project you finish once. SafeLink360 helps organizations manage it as an ongoing cycle:

Assess Manage Train Monitor Improve

The cycle continues as regulations, operations, and risks evolve.

What's inside

SafeLink360 brings the core elements of a compliance program in one workspace:

>  Documents & Records - Centralize and maintain audit-ready documentation

>  Tasks & Accountability - Assign, track, and manage recurring activities

>  Assessments & Readiness - Conduct and manage assessments and audits

Training & Workforce - Track training, competency, and certifications

>  Reporting - Maintain visibility and a documented compliance trail

Two Ways to Manage Compliance

Every organization has different needs, resources, and budgets. SafeLink360 provides two flexible approaches that allow clients to choose the level of support that makes sense for their organization:

You Manage. We Support.
Your team manages day-to-day compliance through SafeLink360, with SafeLink providing the tools, resources, and expert support when needed.

We Help Manage Your Compliance.
SafeLink takes a more active role in helping manage and maintain your compliance program, with SafeLink360 providing the structure and visibility behind it.

This flexibility allows organizations to align their compliance approach with their internal capabilities, risk profile, and budget—and evolve that approach as their needs change.

Built for the Industries We Serve

SafeLink360 is purpose-built for organizations navigating multiple regulatory requirements, including dental practices and laboratories, medical and wellness providers, and general industry.

The platform supports compliance across OSHA, HIPAA, FDA, infection prevention, environmental, quality, and other applicable regulatory requirements and standards.

“SafeLink360 represents an evolution in how we serve our clients. Effective compliance has to work operationally and financially. We built SafeLink360 to give organizations greater flexibility in how they manage compliance - allowing them to use their own resources where it makes sense and SafeLink’s expertise where it adds the most value.”

— Matt Rahman, President & Managing Partner, SafeLink Consulting Inc.
